    • The Single Sensor Product Line Just Got Better! They improved it again….by adding training videos to help you rapidly progress your students. And now there is a Coach Version. As a coach you can Measure and Collect data for any or all of your students. This Single Sensor Product Line, like Drive Mechanics in pitching, is very foundational. The three Metrics it provides will help you set the foundation for your students……..”it all starts in the Drive Mechanics”.
    • There are so many applications for this ingenious product: A) Find the drive mechanics that work best for your student;  B) Develop a strong front side resistance that enables your student to rapidly decelerate the pelvis so she efficiently transfers energy; C) Work drills that will increase the rotational speed of the pelvis for creating energy that is available to transfer up the kinetic chain; D) Create the energy required to have equal Drive Speed on your Change Up that is achieved on the dropball; E) Test and evaluate the most efficient/highest drive speed technique for your student.
    • Remember…..Your Drive is the initial creator of energy that becomes available for transfer throughout the Kinetic Chain. Achieving a higher drive speed will result in higher pitch speeds.
