Pro Level Course 1 – Performance Measures and Goal Setting

Here at PaulyGirl Fastpitch, we are strong believers in setting goals and measuring performance in achieving those goals. This course is part of a presentation Rick did at the NFCA national convention a few years ago. Some detailed performance measure criteria has been added to give you a flavor of things you could/should measure to both motivate your student and to guide you in their learning progression.
