Pro Level Course 9–Ball Movement Metrics

The technology available for measuring the physics of ball movement is making a significant impact on an instructors or pitchers ability to develop movement pitches. However, simply having the metrics available is not enough. To fully use these technologies:

1. You must first measure the metrics.
2. Then you have to understand what each metric means.
3. Then you have to know efficient metrics from inefficient metrics.
4. And lastly but most importantly, you need to know how to train to achieve efficient metrics or how to correct to achieve efficient metrics.

In this course, Rick steps you through each of these critical points for achieving high level ball movement. He will use a series of PowerPoint presentations and live video demonstration. After reviewing this course, your ability to teach elite level ball movement will be greatly enhanced.
