Overview
4D Motion is a great analytical program for fastpitch pitching. It can provide hundreds of metrics that occur during the throwing of a pitch. In this course, I will show the metrics that are at the top of my list of importance in assessing your pitcher. Each lesson will show you the applicable graphs, where to look, and how to interpret the efficiency of the movement. These are important for Spot, Speed, and Spin.
