Overview

This course focuses on the acceleration and deceleration rates and timing of the key parts of the body. Acceleration is the creation of energy whereas deceleration is the transfer of energy. Achieving the correct sequence of accelerations and decelerations will enhance the ability of the pitcher to throw high speeds with less forced effort.

This series of courses is designed to show you those efficient movements; and in addition will recommend training drills that will reinforce those movements.

Rick will step you through each metric using his 4D Motion-motion sensing program. There will be live 4D Motion screen capture, still screen captures, live pitcher (Sarah Pauly) video depicting each metric, and still pictures highlighting the timing of each metric. Additionally, Rick will present what an efficient range is for each metric.
