3D Motion Analysis is the best way to be certain you understand how the body moves. This course will show you the most efficient Kinematic sequence of the opening and closing movements of a pitch. Achieving an efficient Kinematic sequence will allow the pitcher to throw with the natural stretching and contracting of muscles versus applying a “forced-muscled up” effort. Rick will be presenting 3D graphics taken using the 4D Motion sensor system. The timing sequence of hip/shoulder opening, the angular degree of opening, the closing transition sequence, and the angular offset of the hips & shoulders will be discussed using detailed 4D Motion graphing.
