(Note:Series-Part 1 will focus mainly on the basics of the pelvis/chest opening and closing process.)
Two vital keys to becoming a great pitching instructor are: 1) Understanding how the body moves efficiently throughout the pitching motion; and 2) Understanding how to train the body to move efficiently.
This series of courses is designed to show you those efficient movements; and in addition will recommend training drills that will reinforce those movements.
Rick will step you through each metric using his 4D Motion-motion sensing program. There will be live 4D Motion screen capture, still screen captures, live pitcher (Sarah Pauly) video depicting each metric, and still pictures highlighting the timing of each metric. Additionally, Rick will present what an efficient range is for each metric.
