Elite Level Course 12-Full Pitching Assessment

One of the keys to improving a pitchers skills is to assess where she is at with her current level of skills. Identifying less than efficient movements, applying the most effective corrective drill, and then re-assessing is a never ending process that a coach and student goes through. Even the very elite pitchers have room for improvement. Rick will step through a very detailed assessment with a student and at the end will do a summary of the entire assessment.
