Intermediate Course 10 – Phase 4: 9 o’clock through 6 o’clock

Phase 4: 9 o’clock through 6 o’clock In this phase of the pitch you will learn all the key building blocks that proceed “The Moment of Truth”…..the release of the ball. “The Big Four” as I have named them happen as the ball is entering the release phase of the pitch. You will learn about Posture, Internal Rotation, Brush Trigger, and Arm Whip in this course. If you master your instruction of these four building blocks you will be well on your way to being an outstanding pitching instructor.
