Intermediate Course 3 – Laying The Foundation

Each lesson in this course will cover one of the building blocks for “laying the foundation” for a beginning to intermediate level pitcher.  Each of these building blocks is a critical component in the development of an elite level pitcher. Without a solid foundation it is difficult to progress to the truly elite levels of pitching. Rick will use a PowerPoint with pictures to discuss, describe, and demo these building blocks. At High Performance Pitching, we highly suggest you to incorporate these building blocks and drills into your lessons to greatly enhance the opportunity for your students to achieve at an elite level.
