Phase 1: Pre-motion, Ball& Glove Path
The lessons in this course will show you several options for beginning the pitch(pre-motions). The first lesson, “Full Pitch Breakdown Phase I” Rick uses Sarah as the model to step you through important pre-motion aspects such as: how to grip a fastball, how to place your feet on the rubber, and how to go into the glove with the ball hand. Additionally, you will learn about the most efficient paths and actions of both the ball arm and the glove arm. The start of the pitch has a lot of effect on the outcome of the pitch, so our suggestion is to get it correct at the start vs having to make adjustments as you are driving or delivering the ball.
