Phase 2: Drive Mechanics This is the start of the forward drive off the rubber and is so important. Many of the downstream building blocks become solid with an efficient drive. The lessons in this course will step you through key items such as: foot positioning on the rubber; drive knee engagement; the initial function of both the drive knee and stride knee; and a great drill to make you explosive.
